1.1 Coworking Space

A serene and inspiring environment for remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and creatives to work and collaborate. Our space provides comfortable workstations, reliable internet, and a supportive community atmosphere.

1.2 Weekend Activities

We host transformative community events every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. These include workshops, wellness sessions, creative gatherings, and social events designed to foster connection, growth, and mindfulness within our community.

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (L.E.) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment solutions.
• Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
• Payment must be completed at the time of registration to confirm your booking.

3.3 Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before an event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event may receive a credit for future events at our discretion.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless due to documented emergencies.
• If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

4.1 Respect and Courtesy

• Treat all community members, staff, and guests with respect and dignity.
• Maintain a harassment-free environment regardless of gender, identity, age, religion, race, or background.
• Keep noise levels appropriate and be mindful of others working or participating in activities.
• Respect personal boundaries and obtain consent before taking photographs that include other people.

4.2 Space Usage

• Keep the space clean and tidy; dispose of waste properly.
• Return furniture and equipment to their designated places after use.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to staff immediately.
• Do not bring food or beverages that may cause strong odors or mess.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind.
• Use of illegal substances on the premises.
• Unauthorized recording or photography of events or other members.
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' work or event participation.
• Solicitation or promotion of external services without prior approval.

5.1 Personal Belongings

Aura Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure and do not leave them unattended.

5.2 Physical Activities

Some events may involve physical activities such as yoga, dance, or movement exercises. Participation is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for assessing your own physical condition. Consult a healthcare provider before participating if you have any health concerns.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

5.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura Space, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your conduct while using our services.

7.1 Media Consent

• You may appear in photographs or videos taken at our events.
• We may use such media on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff before the event.
• We will make reasonable efforts to respect your privacy preferences.
